KNIR Colloquium: Plaster face casts and the heritage of colonialism and racial science

We are happy to announce that after a year of lockdown due to the pandemic, we are able to relaunch the KNIR Colloquium programme. This year's first colloquium has been organized by Fenneke Sysling (Leiden University) and will be held from 18 till 20 October. Sysling's colloquium focuses on collections of plaster face casts, found in anthropological museums all over Europe.
