Myrthe obtained her bachelor’s degree in History at the University of Amsterdam. During her bachelor, she specifically focused on the European fascist regimes of the twentieth century, and the social and cultural impact of genocide and mass violence. In the summer of 2021 she stayed at the KNIR for the Summer School Roma Caput Mundi, during which she wrote a paper about the position of fascist heritage (specifically the Obelisco Mussolini) in Rome. Myrthe is currently studying to obtain a bachelor’s degree in German Language and Culture at the University of Amsterdam.
