Titolo ricerca: A Land of Milk and Honey? Wealth Accumulation in Roman Spain, 1st and 2nd c. CE.
The project aims to reconstruct the economic structure of the Ebro and Guadalquivir valleys in Roman Spain during the first and second centuries CE, in order to identify (differences in) modes of enrichment available to their respective inhabitants. It uses a inductive, data-driven approach which combines archaeological and historical data and methods to reconstruct the economic structure of the two regions and identify how individuals used it.
